Azle Area Tooth Implant Dentistry: When a Bridge or a Denture Just Isn't Enough

A tooth implant can be a more natural-looking and permanent solution to missing or damaged teeth than dentures, which can be difficult for many people to adust to.

Azle area implant dentist Dr. Ray Snider has the experience and training to help replace missing teeth with permanent dental implants that look, feel and function just like your natural teeth. We also provide cosmetic dentistry, wisdom teeth and teeth whitening.

Many people in the Azle area can easily qualify for implant dentistry. Having jawbone ridges in good shape and healthy oral tissues will allow the tooth replacement to form a strong permanent bond with your jawbone. Contact us today to see if you're a candidate.

At Lake Country Dental we're committed to working with you to find affordable options. Don't let concerns about the cost of dental implants keep you from considering this beautiful and permanent solution to your dental problems.

It's easy to make an appointment right now. Just call our helpful staff at (817) 236-8771 or complete our easy online form. Now is the best time to get the top dental care you deserve - we're looking forward to meeting you!

Don’t Lose Your Dental Insurance Benefits

Almost all insurance companies renew your dental benefits with the New Year. That means that you can take advantage of possibly $1,000 or more of benefits for yourself and your family before the year's ends.

These benefits, often part of your employer's insurance program, are typically lost if not used. Please do not wait for the end of the year to take advantage of your dental insurance benefits, when our congested schedule at Lake Country Dental may make it difficult to accommodate you at a convenient time for your own schedule. Call today at (855) 337-0099 to ensure your best health - particularly if you're due for your regular check-up and cleaning!

Soft Drinks Can Be Hard on Teeth!

From a dental point of view, there's nothing soft about so-called soft drinks. Sugar does not directly damage teeth. That happens when certain bacteria in the mouth release acids that eat into tooth enamel. These bacteria, however, need food to survive and refined sugar is a very potent source. What you eat, they eat. If not eliminated promptly, they hang around to do their dirty work.

The real culprit in carbonated soft drinks, however, is the fizz itself: carbonic acid. A sugary, un-carbonated drink like Kool-Aid is actually easier on teeth than, say, Diet Pepsi. So watch your consumption of soft drinks and be sure to contact Lake Country Dental at (855) 337-0099 to schedule a dental checkup.

Regular Dental Care Can Prevent Oral Cancer

You may or may not realize that you're screened for oral cancer during your regular dental cleanings at Lake Country Dental. According to the Oral Cancer Foundation, an American dies of oral cancer every hour of every day. It's a sad proposition, especially when you consider that it is highly curable with early diagnosis.

So if you’re not visiting the dentist regularly, please call our office today at (855) 337-0099 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Snider.
